The artist and composer, Nusrat Al-Badr, is an Iraqi national. His origins go back to Maysan Governorate, located in southern Iraq. He was born in Iraq - Baghdad - Al-Mansour. He completed his preparatory studies, then joined Al-Rafidain Private College, after which he served the compulsory military service in the years 2001-2002, after which he returned to complete his studies at the University of Baghdad - College of Fine Arts - Department. Music and currently he is a composer and president of the Al-Badr Foundation for Culture and Media, which includes Radio Modak, image and sound studios, audio and video equipment, and external television display screens. The institution includes a group of companies inside Iraq, such as (The Connected Line) Company for artistic production and distribution and general trade, and outside Iraq (Al-Badr Media Production GmbH) in Switzerland 

He worked as a composer and sound engineer in Iraq from the age of 17 with Al-Numour Company in implementing advertisements for (Al-Numour - Majdi Studio). He also worked in Al-Rowad Studio with sound engineer (Saad Al-Obaidi) and producer (Abu Duraid). The most prominent tunes he presented during this period specifically in the year 1997 were the album The artist (Alaa Al-Hadi – resala w ward) and the artist Ahmed Al-Sayyad released the album (maqhoor al yoom mne), and after that he moved to work from the Mansour area to the Adhamiya area - Al-Kasra in the year 1998 at Hikmat Studios, and here the breakthrough began in important tunes, most notably by the artist Maher Ahmed (rah llbasrah) and The song (tbe3ne lesh) and the song (3ala 3ene). In the year 2000 in the same Hikmat studios, he worked as a sound engineer as well. It became his official workplace and he began working for the most prominent Iraqi artists, including (Yas Khader – ham rejaa galbe yhb and shkd mtgherah) and the song “Come Listen” and “wneen ellel” and the song “gololhah”. He also worked for the artist Salah Hassan, and one of the songs he presented to him was (trooh we bla sabb). He currently manages and invests in a group of YouTube channels.
